Summary is available on every plan under its own monthly quota — on the Legal plan it's written for legal review. The Legal plan also adds Timeline, Important items & follow-ups, Objections & rulings, and Words to check in the editor, case folders with documents, and a larger shared credit allowance across the four analyses. Each result stays connected to the words spoken in the recording, so you can review the original quote and jump to its timestamp in the audio.
Timeline
Builds a chronological record of material events that include an explicit calendar date in the transcript. Each entry includes the normalized date, a short event description, the quoted source, and a timestamp.
It does not infer dates from phrases such as “next Monday,” and it does not turn future deadlines into historical events.
Important items & follow-ups
Collects concrete next steps mentioned in the hearing: deadlines, payments, meetings, instructions, future settings, and other follow-ups. When stated, it shows who is responsible and the original time expression.
Relative wording is preserved exactly. “In 30 days” remains “in 30 days”; VozyScribe does not invent a date.
Objections & rulings
Finds every formal objection in the hearing and what happened to it: who objected and on what grounds, the other side’s reply, what the judge said, and the ruling — sustained, overruled, reserved, withdrawn, or not ruled on. Each moment has its own quote and timestamp.
A ruling is only recorded when the judge gives one, whether in so many words or by telling counsel to rephrase or the witness to answer. If the transcript shows no ruling, it says so instead of guessing.
Summary
Creates an objective, organized account of the hearing: participants, issues discussed, decisions, and next steps or dates mentioned. It is written from the transcript, with citations for statements tied to a specific passage. On the Legal plan, it's written for legal review instead of a general audience.
Available on every plan, using your monthly AI summary credit. It is a review aid, not legal advice, a legal conclusion, or a substitute for reviewing the recording and transcript.
Words to check
Flags the words the transcription was least sure of, so you can listen to just those moments and confirm or fix each one instead of replaying the whole recording. Jump between them with the keyboard, undo an answer, and revert a fixed segment to the original.
Included in the Legal plan and it does not use credits. It points out where to listen; it does not guarantee the rest of the transcript is right.
Case folders and documents
Organize each case in a folder with three tabs: Audios, Documents, and Export. Upload the case’s documents (PDF, PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 15 MB each and 200 per folder), preview them, rename and search them, and link a document to the exact moment of a recording where it is discussed. Download a whole folder as a ZIP.
Legal plan only, and it does not use credits. Documents are stored, not analyzed by AI, and they stay until you delete them or your account.
1 credit per 45 minutes of audio per tool, rounded up. The charge is calculated separately for every recording and tool. Regenerating uses credits again; retrying a failed analysis uses no additional credits. Your monthly credit allowance — Summary only on Free, Pro, and Premium, or all four on Legal — is shown on the plan card and in Billing.
